Aiken Woman's Club backs library with funding and volunteers
The Aiken Woman's Club donated 1500 to the Aiken County Public Library on March 17 for a summer reading program and pledged 500 in in kind volunteer hours in June and July. Funds support a Turtle Summer event tied to Mary Alice Monroe's turtle themed books and a July 27 author appearance in Celebrate Aiken.
