Wagener hosts the 28th Wagons to Wagener Festival with an 11 a.m. parade starting at A.L. Corbett Middle School led by grand marshal Lindsey Graham. Trophies for best band, best original entry, and best western entry. crafts, pony rides, bake sale for Wagener Park Fund. Easter sunrise service at Wagener Cemetery. Simultaneously Aiken hosts Hamfest at the Aiken Jaycee Grounds with 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. admission $5. license test registration noon. info lines provided. Johnston prepares its 13th Peach Blossom Festival downtown with a parade at 11 a.m., carnival rides, and a Peach Blossom Festival Dance at 9 p.m. at the Johnston National Guard Armory featuring Band of Oz. tickets $10 singles, $20 couples, must be 21 with ID.
