Farmers Seed Loans Delayed But Soon Available

J H Lynch acting director of the Farmers Seed Loan Office at Columbia says $6 000 000 fund for farmers in the Southeast and additional states is delayed by printers. Loans will be distributed to Virginia Georgia Alabama Florida and other regions with about 5 200 000 expected for southeastern states this year.
