Singapore caning victim arrested on drug charges in Florida
Michael Fay, 22, once caned in Singapore for vandalism, was arrested in Winter Park Florida on drug charges. He faced possession of drug paraphernalia and under 20 grams of marijuana, posted a $500 bond, and said he regretted his actions.
