Cambodia's government declared that American forces in South Vietnam do not have the right of pursuit into Cambodian territory. It protested incursions by foreign armies and said it will not permit pursuit on its lands. Reports had said South Vietnamese forces briefly attacked Viet Cong units inside Cambodia with Vietnamese jet support.
Negotiators for 750000 postal workers consider a fresh government wage proposal in response to the latest union plan. Union leaders will brief AFL-CIO chief George Meany before renewed talks.
