Exiled Jewish Refugee's Harrowing Account From Crimea to Safety

An intelligent Truxetan Jew recounts decades of cruelty in the Wo Hne district of Russia, describing mass arrests, forced separations, and village bans on Jews. He recalls brutal pogroms, forced marches, and the perilous escape to a more liberal home, fearing for his family’s safety. The narrative contrasts ongoing persecution with the hope of asylum and the harsh choices faced by émigrés.
