Aiken County MADD aids DUI awareness with student talk
Coroner Sue Townsend joins Mothers Against Drunk Driving in an education program at Piney Heights with about 150 students. Townsends cites DUI fatalities in 1982 and 1983, and Tim Hoffman shares DUI avoidance tips. A certificate of appreciation was awarded to Townsend in Atlanta. A second presentation is planned at L.B.C. Middle School Wednesday with Midland Valley High School future plans.
