Attendance at Sunday School last Sunday was 129 with a collection of $138. Weekly meetings include the second and fourth Sundays for preaching, and Sunday School every Sunday at 10 o'clock. The new Firat Baptist church in Lebanon was completed at a cost of 35000 dollars and dedicated last Sunday with formal ceremonies.

Mrs Frank C Hotle and her daughter, returning missionaries from Central Todia after eight years, will lecture at the Advance Christian Church at 7 45 pm. They survived two great famines and will discuss famine experiences and the country’s child marriage and widowhood systems. They will wear native high caste dress, sing hymns, and display idols at the meeting. Admission is free with an offering requested.
A 1913 court notice in Boone County Indiana requires nonresident defendants in Clella M. McCabe v Abraham Trounstine et al to appear by June 28 1913 or the quiet title complaint will be heard in their absence at Lebanon Court House. The Clerk James Gardner and attorney Harvey M. Coulter are named.

Peter Hart a barber and rural mail carrier from Thorntown sues neighbors Ben jamin F Jones and wife Carl Ferguson and J H Mount in Boone Circuit Court for 5000 dollars. He alleges dynamite blasting on the Jones farm April 15 1913 caused his closed mail wagon to overturn injuring his shoulder arm back chest and limbs and left him unable to labor. Andrew J Shelby and Frank E Hutchinson filed the suit for Hurt.

Fresh fish sold on the street Saturday night while Mrs Lula Mullendore and Euvith Wall visit Nancy Whitecotton. James V. Meenley of Colfax Standard committed to Central Insane Hospital in Indianapolis for treatment. Hugh Thompson injured when a window fell on his hand. glass cut Mrs Thompson’s wrist but no serious injuries occurred.
Citizens urged to join a May week cleanup removing trash from back yards streets and alleys including water closets and barns under the order of the Advance Health Officer.
Sunday School attendance was 72 with a 2.70 collection and 66 Bibles, 154 points, plus one birthday offering by Clyde Ford. Pastor Francis to preach memorial sermon for old soldiers May 25 at 2 o’clock. Dr Leazenby attended and preached Sunday night. Everyone invited.
