The Kings Daughter and Faithful Followers of the Christian church will present Cornelia at the Opera House Saturday night February 13. The fourth number of the Jeioria course Ye Olde Towne Quartette will be given February 8 at the High School Assembly Hall.

Serious Injuries From Falling Tree Trunk Incident
Proffitt, near southwest of town, was seriously injured when a tree limb struck him on the head while he and his sons Lemuel and Ora were felling trees. The skull was fractured and an artery severed, causing two hemorrhages. Doctors Bronaugh and Coons stated the condition is serious.

Record Numbers Enrolled at Indiana State Soldiers Home
