Claude Emnert aged twenty eight committed suicide about 20 o clock Wednesday morning by shooting through the heart with a 32 caliber revolver now in the deputy coroner's possession. His mother awoke to a noise and found him unconscious. Dr Guy Schultz failed to save him. A prior attempt with chloroform had saved his life. He was born in the county and leaves several brothers and sisters in the area. Short funeral services were held at the home and at Mt Zion with interment there.
