Sampson a superior Waggon stallion stands this season at Hindmarsh Bridge Hotel and Fagle Tavern Hindley street Adelaide every Saturday afternoon and Tuesday at Mr Bradys Dry Creek Crows Keys New Inn. He is dark bay with black points from Lincoln mare and Laval by De Wilmore. Sampson won first prize at Campbell Town in 1844 as a three year old and was sold to Mr Collett of New River for 240 guineas.
