The Adelaide Times announces a phased reformatting starting April 1 1850. The paper will publish full sheets on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, half sheets with ads and shipping news on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a double Saturday edition with weekly news. Subscriptions are 15s per quarter in advance or 17s 4d on credit.
Extracts from letters and notices praise Holloway remedies curing rheumatic gout bad legs amputations avoided and various ailments. Testifiers include Thomas Brunton formerly Life Guards officer and Andrew Brack of Berwick, with claims of lasting relief after using pills and ointment.
Readable fragments describe ladies wear including mantillas swatered silhouettes rich watered silks tweeds and veils. It mentions fabrics such as French merinos cashmeres velvets printed textiles and colorful velvets with references to names like Orleans Coburgs Alpachas and Queen patterns.
A dilapidated retail fragment lists fabrics and fabrics suppliers such as Cotarxine linen and cotton bed ticks, calicoes, superior long cloths, Witney blankets, Saxony flannels, serge, cashmerette, leather goods, and shoes from Horrocks and Miller and Croydon shops, indicating a wide cargo of textiles and apparel with many names.

An advertisement from Leanmont announces a cottage for sale or rent in the healthy village, with contact through W. Wel lect on Bing William street and notes about a free and easy Monday and evening gatherings at the Clarendon Hot Hindley street starting at 8 o'clock. It mentions Signor Caporelli offering instruction in its private or public settings, with terms of a guinea per quarter and further particulars via Ar M S D Arcy or Caporelli at Clarendon Hotel Hindley street. The dates cited are October 13, 1849 and April 20, 1850.
