Pursuant to an order of the Orphans Court of Adams County a farm of about 18 acres with meadow and woodland, improvements including two-story tavern and outbuildings, wells, orchard, and water stream on a turnpike, near Gettysburg to be sold at public sale on Saturday the 14th of November. Also included are 24 acres of timber land and a 10 acre lot. estate of Daniel Mark deceased. Sale at 10 o'clock. overseen by Jesse Mark and John Mark. viewing by call to the farm.
