The mare is a black mare about 15 hands high with white hind feet to the knees, a white spot on the nose, a small lump on the neck, and a slight limp when trotting. Stolen from Stable YY in Pyrone township on the night of April 17. Reward $20 for mare and thief or $10 for mare alone if delivered to George Slaybraugh, April 26.
The sath Regiment P M F announces a parade in Gettysburg on Saturday the 14th at 10 o clock for drill and inspection with strict attendance and arms rules. Volunteer companies Gettysburg Troop Guards Colombian Independent Infantry Liberty Riflemen and Mountpleasant Riflemen to parade in Gettysburg on Saturday May 28 at 10 o clock for inspections. Courts of Appeal for militia set for Monday the 13th at two locations near Mummasburg and Marsh Creek, Cal. Clarkson reports details.
