The notice lists publication cadence and prices: weekly issues on Wednesday at two dollars per year in advance or five dollars and fifty cents if paid late. The Grand Inquest for April Sessions 1829 asks Judge Reed for a copy of the Charge delivered yesterday for publication. G Smyser, foreman, forwards the request to the Grand Jury and sends a copy to the jury as agreed by John Reed and Smyser.
