The Abans Sestinen publishes every Wednesday at five dollars per antitum with a yearly rate of seventy dollars and fifty cents if unpaid within the year. Ads not exceeding a square run three times for one dollar and twenty five cents for each continuation. Longer spaces cost proportionally.
Public sale advertised for June 26 at the late dwelling of Rev. Joux F. Munsagien in Mount Pleasant township Adams County near Oxford on the Turnpike to Gettysburg. Sale features a horse and barouche sleigh furniture land plentiful wood meadow orchard 200 fruit trees with a two story brick house barn and outbuildings. Administrators Maria Melsheimer and Luther Skinner announce possession April first and urge viewing premises prior to sale. Also notices requesting library books be returned and local business prospects for grist mills with Joseph Hanky of Baltimore selling millstones and equipment.
