The speaker wanders a dried land, meeting a thirsty ponr and longing for a shower. A yet unnamed figure snatches a moment of mercy from a tub as leaves fold and a flowerendures. Hope rises amid fear as clouds disperse and light returns, lifting the heart.
Fragmentary religious prose warns on guiding children and nurturing virtue. It urges extending fellowship to those fulfilling duties, condemns idle secrecy and gossip, and laments pride, fear, and alienation while stressing hope and morning light.
