The Legislature of New Janszy adjourned on the 10th alt to meet again in January next. A law was passed exempting minors from militia. A resolution was introduced urging the Governor to instruct Senators and request Representatives in Congress to oppose the tariff of 1528. Bills for a canal from Delaverte to Rarlian and a railroad from Camden to South Amboy were introduced and will be acted upon at the adjourned sitting.
