Cabell G. Harter, 34, of Edgemont, found dead in Baltimore harbor Tuesday night after weeks of domestic trouble. He had been staying with his brother in Baltimore and was married but separated from his wife. A note, 86.85 in cash, a gold watch, and several keys were found on him.
