Isaac S. Annan 74, head of the banking firm Annan Horner & Co, and longtime Emmitsburg merchant, died suddenly Wednesday in his store after a week of illness from acute indigestion. He had prior family losses with two brothers dying at similar chairs. He served as Emmitsburg Water Company president and was active in Republican politics.
