Andrew Schick died Sunday evening at 5 after a long illness from kidney trouble aged 84. A Gettysburg resident since birth he was a cabinet maker and Odd Fellows member. Survived by wife, one son and one brother, funeral at 10 30 p m Wednesday from his home with interment in Evergreen cemetery. His wife injured in a fall on Sunday suffering a fractured wrist and other injuries. Funeral Thursday at 9 a m with services at St Paul Church.

Samuel Smith, a longtime Adams County resident and former prothonotary, died at his Irishtown home Friday morning November 27 after a lengthy illness. He was about 78, survived by his widow, five daughters and two sons, four brothers, and several relatives. Funeral from Conewago Chapel Monday November 30 at 9 a.m. with a requiem mass by Rev. Eugene Halstermeyer, interment in Chapel cemetery.

Tragedy on the Road Near Big Pool Hagerstown Man Found

Mrs. Sarah A Hollinger widow of Jacob S Hollinger died Monday in Chambersburg aged 85 years 6 months and 27 days. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon from the residence of her daughter Mrs T M Nelson. She leaves one son three daughters 24 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Her maiden name was Diehl and she leaves a brother Daniel Diehl of Uniontown Md and a sister Mrs Julia Fisher of Custer Oklahoma. Mr Hollinger died in May 1905.
