Three year old Lyman Ott, son of Rev. and Mrs. Wm. J. Ott of Hagerstown, was bitten Sunday at Rocky Ridge by a collie at his grandfather’s home. The injury tore his cheek and caused other wounds. doctors believe the dog was not mad. He was taken to the Pasteur Institute in Baltimore for treatment and is expected to recover, though facial scars may remain.
