Pilot George Rice reported a T. A. T. aircraft wreckage burned on the south slope of Mount Taylor near Albuquerque. The flight crew included Rice and co pilot A E Beiber with four passengers J H Coleman Rex B Clark W E Walton and M E Lehnow. Rescue plans call for pack horses from San Fernandez Cattle Company to recover the remains as vehicles cannot reach the rugged site.

He lay in a creekbed from 4 am Friday until dawn, dragged himself to view, and was rescued by linemen who summoned aid. He lives in Wayland Michigan and has preached in Okeene and Konawa. He is about 60.
