Kidnap Case Dismissal To Be Reviewed
Seminole district judge Frank Seay will review the Oct. 5 ruling by Judge Tom Shaw that dismissed felony charges against three New Mexico men in the death of four year old Cody Cain. The defendants John Sanders Charles Goetz and Phillip Wallin faced kidnaping and second degree murder counts for alleged aid in the abduction from the boy’s mother’s home. The death occurred in a one car crash during a high speed chase after the alleged abduction.
