Oklahoma rabbit hunters face a mixed season with scarce rabbits in many areas though some spots show strong populations. Dick Williamson of the Wildlife Department notes good numbers around Fort Supply and parts of Roger Mills County. Cottontail and swamp rabbit season opened October 15 and runs to March 1 1970 with a daily bag limit of eight and sixteen in possession after day one.

Police Report Details Multiple Local Court Cases This Week
One accident occurred here Wednesday at 2 51 p m involving Zula Thompson and Alven Jones. Thompson forfeited a $10 bond for failure to yield at a stop sign. Municipal Court saw Jack son Cornish guilty of drunkenness and fined $20. Several others forfeited bonds or were fined for traffic offenses. Robert Frazier was sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary for grand larceny. Donald Wayne Kirkley charges were dismissed for insufficient evidence due to improper search.

A 1965 66 study by the Agricultural Research Service shows defective boxcar doors cause about six bushels of wheat loss per car from loading to dumping. Argentina Eyes Delayed Return to World Wheat Market
