Miller’s Son Sent to Penitentiary
Deputy Sheriff Taylor took Bill Miller from Snyder to the penitentiary at Rusk on the midnight Texas and Pacific eastbound train. Miller, 23, is the son of J. B. Miller, recently lynched in Oklahoma. He was convicted for cutting telephone wires to loot a Snyder bank, with an accomplice tapping lines. He faces two years, the other man life, as both are sent to state work.
