In Miami on September 30, Robert and Raymond Peay, identical twins, were confused by a teacher who punished the wrong boy. The punished twin confessed to the error when confronted by his mother and Raymond, and now faces punishment already earned by the other twin.
In Pontotoc County Oklahoma Mellen and Armstrong sue Phillip Brown and others for foreclosure on a mortgage by Lou Brown and Phillip Brown to Conservative Loan Company on the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter section 12 township 3 north range 5 east. Plaintiffs seek $551.25 with 10 percent interest from December 25 1920 plus $50 attorney fees and costs. A receiver may be appointed and defendants excluded from the property.
