Oklahoma and Corps to issue duck blind permits in Oklahoma

A joint agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and the Corps of Engineers Tulsa District enables the Department to issue duck blind permits at Corps impoundments in Oklahoma.
