Oklahoma 4-H Congress Delegates Named from Pontotoc County
Two Pontotoc County 4-H members Louise Dew Ada and James Lucas Roff are official state delegates to the 10th annual Oklahoma 4 H Congress in Oklahoma City November 26 to 28. Mike Lucas, James older brother, earns the national 4-H show berth in Chicago as regional winner. Mike will preside at state congress activities. Louise has nine years in 4 H Latta club with 70 projects, Key Award and outstanding secretary award, now at East Central State College. James, 15, is Roff club president and County 4 H Safety Council chairman with four State 4 H Round-Up appearances, first in state in 1959, and will lead the Pledge at the Skirvin Hotel breakfast.
