Federal agents in the Oklahoma City Tulsa district reported 570 arrests in October along with 154 stills seized and 2362 gallons of liquor. The roundup involved 342460 in bonds. Officers also seized 14869 pints of beer 602 gallons of wine and 53077 gallons of whisky mash.

The Ada Allen highway right of way has been obtained per J. Hynds secretary of the Chamber of Commerce. Hynds aided Joe C. Lind say of the State Highway Department. Four tracts remain to be obtained by court, three for minor heirs outside the county. Contracts for grading and drainage expected to be let in December with work to start early next year.
