Caudrays To Face District Court Trial
Two Ada men John Caudray and D B Caudray were bound over for district court on robbery in the first degree and assault with intent to kill charges. Preliminary hearings in justice court said they forcibly took 30 dollars from J W Howard near Latta on November 2 and abducted his car before attacking Clarence Lyda, who suffered a severe leg wound and facial bruises. Lyda later recovered.
