Rev W J Shipman aged 84 died Wednesday morning after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 30 p m from the home of Mr and Mrs Jim Bullard south of the city limits with Revs Teague and Sharp officiating. Interment at Memorial Park Cemetery Criswell in charge. Surviving are a daughter Mrs Jim Bullard a son Dan Shipman and nine grandchildren. He was a Baptist minister in Texas and Oklahoma and lived around Ada for many years, well known in religious circles.
