Drunken waiter shoots policeman in alley murder
In Muskogee Oklahoma Jesse Cox a 24 year old waiter lured Officer L F Harvey 45 into an alley at 11 pm and shot him dead. Cox drank heavily and offered no reason for the act. Harvey leaves a wife and three children.
