Allen Man Killed In Truck-Train Crash
A southbound passenger train hit a butane truck three miles north of Pauls Valley Oklahoma at noon. Engineer W T Sykes of Cleburn Texas and truck driver John C Kerr of Allen Oklahoma were killed. Fireman G F McDonald of Cleburne Texas was badly burned and hospitalized. The train derailed a baggage car but no passengers were hurt.

Army airfield personnel to occupy cabins at Lake Murray
Oklahoma City June 14 The Ardmore army airfield may keep 15 publicly owned cabins in Lake Murray State park while housing stays critical. Twenty more park cabins held for private rent are reserved through August 15. The board also set aside area in the park for Boy Scouts use.

Summer Range Feed Prospects Bright Across State
