Atoka Oklahoma July 29 A formal murder charge was filed against 34 year old Bob Dees in the death of his wife Norma 24. Dees claimed she fell from their car six miles west of Atoka, but investigators found a bloodstained lug wrench in the car and no defensive wounds. A preliminary hearing is expected next week.
