Geary Oklahoma July 23 A campaign plan by Frank M Gault campaign manager for E F Fulton seeks to increase Democratic turnout by offering a thoroughbred Hereford bull call to Democrats in each of the fifteen Second district counties if they show a 20 percent gain over the last congressional vote. The winning county voters award the call to the township with Fulton backers.
Warden Haskell of the Lansing Kansas penitentiary filed with territorial auditor Dyche a quarterly report on Oklahoma prisoners kept under contract. For the quarter ending June 30 there were 439 convicts confined, with 75 new admissions and 1 death. 59 were dismissed and maintenance cost 14 665.20 dollars in Kansas.
