Halliburton truck wreck near Fittstown injures driver no
A Halliburton Cementing company truck driven by Herman Fiske crashed into a guard railing on a bridge south of Fittstown early Thursday. Fiske escaped injury as the truck was demolished. Highway Patrolman Henry Van Arsdell said the driver fell asleep, releasing the trailer and causing a fire when a tank and tires heated the scene. The wreckage was cleared about two hours after the 3:45 a.m. crash.
