Oklahoma City July 22 Visitors to the Will Rogers Memorial in Claremore may take away a booklet containing tires and information. George T Montgomery assistant attorney general said the Will Rogers Memorial commission could legally purchase 50 booklets for resale at six and one fourth cents each. The booklets could be sold for 10 cents at the memorial and 13 cents by mail. Montgomery ruled that statutes prohibit charging admission fees and the sale of booklets and souvenirs.
