Bids must be sealed and accompanied by a 5 percent cashier's check to Pontotoc County OK. Bids opened and considered with approval of Farmers Home Administration. Accident Report Highlights July Total In Ada
An Ada report notes July totals reach seven with one accident on Wednesday. Owen Eugene Haney of Stranton California collided with James Rollow of Broadway while both slowed for a left turn. Haney faced a traffic charge and $10 bond forfeiture in Municipal Court. Other bond forfeitures followed for Lawson and Burns. In County Court, Weldon Crawford pled guilty to bogus checks. Tomlinson’s reckless driving was reduced to speeding, with fines and costs. Kanine also pled guilty to bogus checks with restitution. Brown and Leeper charges were dismissed for lack of evidence.
