Mrs. Cecil Pitt was ordered to report for questioning about the shooting of her husband at about 4 30 Tuesday afternoon. She said she fired a .410 shotgun loaded with No 4 shot. Pellets hit him in the head and left side but he escaped a serious wound as he stood at a safe distance. The couple are reportedly estranged and the shooting occurred amid domestic trouble.
