Jury Due To Get Damage Case Today
A damage suit against the City of Ada and the D C A and A Railroad likely will go to a district court jury today after two days of testimony from dozens of witnesses. District Judge Bob Howell recessed the court Wednesday evening and lawyers expect the jury to hear closing arguments Thursday morning. The 1931 accident on Twelfth street and the railroad tracks left Harvey Harbelt dead, and Joe Parks, administrator for Harbelt's estate, filed the suit.

Second Suit Filed Asking For Judgment
