Pipe Coating Firm Plans Ada Operation
The Irish Pipe Coating Co. of Shreveport, Louisiana lands a contract to coat and wrap about 177 miles of 30 and 24 inch diameter pipe for Arkla’s Anadarko to Arkla pipeline. Ada will host two plants on a 70 acre tract, with start Feb 1 and completion by Aug 15, employing about 100 workers at peak.
