Ada Seeks Sewer District Special Tax Under Ordinance 447
Ordinance 447 levies a three year special tax on each parcel in Sewer District No. 10 Ada Pontotoc County Oklahoma to fund sewer construction in Capitol Hill and Sunrise additions. It fixes assessments per lot with total cost $10,000 and 8 percent interest. Publication required and emergency clause declares need for prompt effect. Passed August 17 1920.
