John Miller a farmer living five or six miles northeast of Ada died this afternoon from heart disease while under a shed at the K C wagon yard. He was about 41, survived by a wife and five or six children. He was active in the Masonic and Odd Fellow fraternities. Plan announced to relieve stranded Americans abroad with Congress approving 2.5 million dollars. McAdoo to appoint fiscal agents in Europe and a U S vessel to carry gold. The Navy orders cruiser Tennessee from New York to sail with 5 to 8 million for Americans in the war zone, carrying government, banks and express company funds.
