J C Collier longtime gins supervisor for Choc taw Cotton Oil company died early Sunday from a stroke suffered weeks earlier. Funeral services were held at Criswell Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. He was 52. Survived by wife Mrs Collier two sons Randall and Carroll a daughter Mrs Kenneth Andrews and siblings Clyde Collier of Durant Mrs C M Wallace of Wichita Falls and Mrs C M McElreath of Durant. Collier born Tupelo Mississippi January 19 1885 moved to Ada 1926 and led eastern Oklahoma operations for the company. Choctaw offices closed in tribute.
