The revival at Asbury Methodist Church is progressing well with growing attendance and renewed interest. Wednesday night saw many hands raised to indicate desire to serve and draw nearer to God. All are urged to attend Sunday services including the eleven o'clock mass and the evening gathering.

A controversial Ada Oklahoma notice accuses a competing Jew of lying while praising the Texas Department Store. The ad asserts Sondheimer, a Jew, told a three witness account about being discharged for supporting the department store. It disclaims targeting individuals while urging fair advertising and boasting local jobs and sales.
Local promotion urges readers to buy the shortest lots in the Donaghey Addition before they sell out. It promises rapid growth in value and offers lending on property purchases with easy terms for building a home.
A meeting of Main Street property owners at the 25 000 Club on Wednesday evening resolved to pave Main Street from Frisco to Katy and surface the concrete base with rock asphalt. Broadway and Townsend are expected to be paved concurrently as the city council moves to act.
In Homer the community expands its district with a modern bonded school building and a three room principal’s cottage. The 50 by 30 foot house and 30 by 30 foot T wing reflect early plans to develop a high school. J. B. Chapman is credited for land donation and support while Prof. J. O.
