Hope and Wall supported the actions. Ayes were Chapman Hill Hope and Sims.

Dr Ligon elected city physician with four votes to three for Dr MacMillan. costs for repairing the reservoir telephone line ordered to be investigated and a $300 warrant authorized for water extension fund.
