Muskogee Official Charged With Defalcation in County Clerk Case
Muskogee Oklahoma May 4 Tony Mattney district clerk of Muskogee County was arrested by sheriff Ramsey and is held awaiting arraignment by Justice Bailey who is out of town. Mattney resigned and Perry Miller was appointed to succeed him with $20,000 bond posted.

Missouri Railroads Charged With Conspiracy in State Case
Attorney General Major filed quo warranto actions in Missouri Supreme Court against sixteen railroads accusing them of conspiring to fix passenger and freight rates and to restrain competition.
