Zeppelins Luftship Deutschland Crashes in Forest Top
In Dusseldorf June 28 the airship Deutschland drifted in a gale and landed atop Teuterburg forest near Munster after a failed attempt to reach Dortmund. Thirty three aboard escaped uninjured, aided by crew and reporters, as forest limbs pierced the hull and gas compartments. An infantry company manned the wreck as district officials joined the scene.
