Trial scheduling shifts place proceedings in October at Ardmore and November at Chickasha per Washington dispatches. Oscar Peeler, the only remaining prisoner tied to Gus Bopbitt’s murder, was released Monday on a $1000 bond. Peeler’s mother was present and returned home with him Monday morning.
